FAQ's

1.  How do I book a place on a course?

 

To book onto any training workshop, from the margin on the left of the screen click on the 'Bookings' tab. Once in the 'Bookings' page, complete the details requested for within the online booking form and submit. 

Once you have booked on a course, you will receive an email confirming your place and giving you details of the course time and location as well as any pre-course preparation that may be required.

 

2.  How do I browse the course programme online?
 

Click on the 'Training Solutions - Courses' tab and a drop down menu will appear. From the drop down list simply click on your area of listed choice. 
 

3.  How do I browse the Consulting facilities?

 

Click on the 'Business Management support' tab and select from the drop down menu. Alternatively, once you have clicked on the 'Business Management Support' tab select your area of interest from within the page itself.

 

4.  I am searching for courses / consulting approaches but the course types don't make sense

 

Some acronyms have been used for course types where the full descriptions are too long. Please contact hr@quisec.org if you require further information.

 

5.  How do I cancel my booking?
 

If you have booked onto a course that you are no longer able to attend, you can cancel your place through the 'Booking Cancellation' via the 'Bookings / Cancellation' page.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not cancel your booking, we will expect you to attend. Courses taken from the 1st November 2016 will be charged an administration fee of 50 GBP per hour if you do not inform us (within 10 working days) or not attend without good reason. This is in line with our new non-attendance policy.
