Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment should be made at least two weeks prior to the event. Payment may be by debit/credit card,cheque or against an invoice.
We are unable to invoice customers who are not funded by an organisation. Self-funding customers are required to supply payment along with their booking form.
Cheques for the full amount (including VAT) should be made payable to QuiSec Consulting LTD and be sent with your booking form to:

You will receive confirmation of your bookng within 7 days of submitting your booking form, please contact us on 0330 1330 128 if you do not receive confirmation. Further details regarding the course will be sent to you 7 days before the start of the course, again if you do not recieve this information please contact us.
For cancellations received in writing 28 days before the start of the course, a full refund will be given.
For cancellations received up to 14 days before the start of the course, a 50% refund will be given.
For cancellations received (or not received at all) less than 14 days before the start of the course, no refund will be given and you or your organisation will be charged the full amount, unless in extenuating circumstances, for further information please refer to our Non Attendance Policy and Course Cancellations
Transfering places: One participant can be substituted for another at any time prior to the start of the course and no additional fee will be charged, please ensure you provide us with updated details such as, special needs and a name for the certificate.
We reserve the right to cancel any course if there are insufficient numbers to run a viable course. In these circumstances, you will be given as much notice as possible. QuiSec Consulting LTD values diversity and seeks to respond to the individual needs of all our clients/participants.
